Fortnite is an absolute sensation among online game players worldwide. The game started out as a co-op game in which the goal is to survive a wave of monsters. Once PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds (PUBG) began popular, Fortnite copied the Battle Royale style gameplay and applied it to create a battle royale game with a unique environment and a massively addicting game-play.

Fortnite: Save the World

This version was initially released in July 2017 and can be played on Microsoft Windows, macOS, PS4, and Xbox One. This is a cooperative survival game with up to 4 players in a game. Players need to explore, gather items, craft weapons, build defensive structures, and eliminate the incoming waves of monsters. It is a good combination between Minecraft and Left 4 Dead.

Fortnite Battle Royale

This version was initially released in September 2017 and is available on Microsoft Windows, macOS, PS4, Xbox One, iOS, Nintendo Switch, and Android (beta). This is the battle royale version of Fortnite with up to 100 players in a match. Players start skydiving and need to choose a location to land. Each player starts with nothing and needs to scout nearby areas to find some equipment to survive. There is a constantly decreasing safe zone and if the players stay out of that zone, their health will be constantly decreasing. The last player or team who alive win the match.
