Game "Nooms" aka "Seeds". You need to collapse all the balls. They are removed in pairs, the same or giving a total of 10. Only those that lie on the same line or are in the same column and there are no other balls between them will collapse. Note that you can remove the last one on a line with the first on the next line. If there are no combinations for reduction, then you can always add more balls.
