Royal Heroes

The kingdom is cursed. The land is plagued by black magic and evil creatures that come out of the darkness. In Royal Heroes, you build up an army of heroes and weapons to battle and destroy the armies of monsters that are plaguing your kingdom. Once upon a time, the kingdom was great. Can you make it great again? This a game of strategy, warfare, conquest, and magic, set in a fantasy kingdom threatened by armies of invading monsters. Start building up your army by recruiting knights, archers, and mages from the local tavern, then use your tactical skills to arrange how your troops line up for battle. As you defeat hordes of goblins and other evil foes, you gain experience for your troops and resources with which to hire more soldiers, improve their equipment, and upgrade their skills. Using blueprints found in battle, you can also combine captured resources to build new gear with which to crush your enemies! As you progress in the game, you will be rewarded with increased troop types to command (and more varied enemies to defeat!) and can win badges that display your prowess on the field of battle. Royal Heroes is a beautiful game, with graphics reminiscent of the classic Warcraft series, and demands a good command of strategic resource management and field tactics to progress and achieve final victory. So strap on your spurs, study your spells well, and serve king and country by giving those goblins hell. Charge!
